Trust in our fundamental ability to awaken—central to both Zen and Yoga—is a powerful support amid life’s uncertainty. Trust, balanced by wisdom or Prajna, is needed to initiate practice and actualize the teachings. Weaving Zen meditation with somatic movement, yoga asana, and pranayama, we will cultivate trust in the body's wisdom. Through Dharma inquiry into and connection with our original awakened nature, we can manifest wise and compassionate social action. Open to all.

This offering is open to those who:
- are fully vaccinated for Covid-19
- take a Covid-19 rapid antigen home test before coming on the day of the event (and have a negative result)
