Cultivate your inner refuge through the unique combination of somatic movement, yoga asanas, meditation, and Dharma teachings. Our daylong retreat will illuminate the three refuges—embodied presence, truth, and belonging—as accessible practices that lead us home to our awakened heart, especially in challenging times.
Each movement session will begin with supine somatic movements to release tension and awaken sensory awareness, progressing into a nourishing sequence of gentle yoga asanas. We will have time for group discussion and Q&A to deepen our understanding of the Dharma and connection with sangha. All abilities and levels of experience are welcome.
