    Tuesday, April 30th, 8–9am PDT
    Release chronic tension patterns in the neck, shoulders, diaphragm, and hips through somatic movements and techniques combined with asana and meditation. This work balances the nervous system and cultivates resilience. 

  • Strength-at-Length: Core
    Thursday, May 2nd, 8–9am PDT
    Lengthening while strengthening of the abdominal muscles, psoas, and frontal hips for deep stability and openness through the front body and expansive breathing. Our Dharma theme will explore working with distraction in meditation.
